People are passively going through the motions of life, all the while, feeling stuck. Unfulfilled. Wishing they had more joy and inspiration in their daily lives.

People should get to enjoy their day-to-day life!

Think about it. Are you simply trying to “get through” the week to reach the weekend when you can really enjoy yourself? Have you checked all of the boxes in life that are supposed to make you happy, yet you find yourself asking, “Is this all there is?” Do you have the audacity to believe that there is more to life than simply following the crowd?

Great news! I can assure you, there is!

Life Design Lab is a 6-week program for people who are ready to wake up and fully LIVE their lives. It is a program for people who are ready to take control, dream big, and design a life that aligns around their unique strengths, desires, and goals. It is a program for people who are ready to put the powerful fields of Psychology and Design Thinking to work for them to create meaningful shifts and alignment so that they become full, active participants in their lives!

What is Life Design Lab?

Ever wonder how some of the world’s most beloved products came to be? Products like the iPhone, the Tesla, and the Instant Pot. They were created using a human centered design framework.

Life Design Lab takes advantage of this powerful framework, throws in the best of Positive and Cognitive Psychology, and puts you in the designer’s seat. Through a series of 6 carefully crafted design sprints, you learn and apply a framework that helps you design your day-to-day life, in the same way that the world’s best designers made the Starbuck’s app. (Seriously, I drive up to Starbucks and my perfect latte is waiting there with my name on it! What is this magic?!).

6 Live Weekly Online Design Sprints

Each week, you’ll participate in a 60-90 minute design sprint, led by me. During each sprint, we’ll tackle one major design exercise. You’ll have the option to call in via an online platform, or watch the recorded replay at a time that is convenient to you.

The weekly design exercises will guide you through a thoughtful sequence that builds on previous weeks and culminates in a clear, actionable plan to re-align your life around your unique strengths, goals, and desires.

Along the way, you will encounter mindset blocks. If this work was easy, you would have done it already. Carefully crafted psychological journal prompts will help you cultivate and maintain the right mindset.

Online Resource Repository

All resources including the design sprint recordings, design exercises, and journal prompts will be available to you in an online resource repository. You will always have access to this repository as you apply the framework you learn in this program in future stages of your life.
